This episode of Arrow surely isn’t
the best so far. I hoped for something
more thrilling especially considering it’s the last one before the 3 weeks
hiatus. It’s not like the episode was generally bad though but we’ve seen
better. It was just underwhelming in my own opinion. I wanted Taken to give us some
epic cliffhanging stuff or something to make us want to really have March 23
like tomorrow but the only thing making me yearn for that date is because I’m a
fan of the show; so… loyalty. The episode didn’t give me that.

THE FLASH - King Shark
After the escape from Earth-2 and
closing of all the breaches, Team Flash had to deal with the death of Jay Garrick
and the resurgence of a thought-to-be-dead villain, King Shark who happens to
have been under the generous accommodation of evil corp, A.R.G.U.S. Team Flash
teamed up with A.R.G.U.S. led by Diggle and Lyla to take down the metahuman who
is now stuck on Earth-1 once and for all.

ARROW – Code of Silence
James Bamford truly is the king
of stunts and it definitely was once again proven by his directing of Code of
Silence – we got pretty load of purposeful action-packed fight sequences which
was a warm welcome for me. So Malcolm has earned a seat on the H.I.V.E. board
members seat – I guess it’s safe to say goodbye to good ol’ daddy dearest
Malcolm now and welcome back the Dark Archer Merlyn. Damien did show his board
members who is boss just in case you know their memory needed some refreshing. This
episode was basically action packed but not with a lot going on.

THE FLASH - Escape from Earth-2 Vibes
You should not read this article if you are yet to see The Flash Season
2 Episode 14 and if you are avoiding spoilers but hey, bet you knew that
already
Escape from Earth-2 picked up
from where last week ended and it was true to its title, the team did escape
from Earth-2. In this episode, Zoom is on a large scale hunt for Harry; Cisco
and Harry had to figure out a way to save Barry and Jesse with the help of Mr.
& Mrs. Allen and an initially reluctant Killer Frost while evading Zoom’s
capture. Meanwhile, back on Earth-1, Jay worked to fix the unstable breach as
Caitlin tried to perfect on Velocity 8 to help Jay stop Geomancer who continued
to terrorize the city.

ARROW - Sins of the Father
Sins of the Father was an epic episode. More solid than
Unchained. Lots of cool sword fights and fights. Subsequent to Nyssa’s proposal
to Oliver last week, he had to find a way to play diplomacy to try and avoid
bloodshed as long as he could. That, of course, did not pan out as smoothly as
he hoped but in the end Thea is saved, hooray!

THE FLASH - Welcome To Earth-2 Vibes
Welcome to Earth 2 amigos. Now, I
know my excitement for this week’s episode of The Flash is justified because I really
enjoyed the episode. It was great. Like episode Unchained of Arrow, it had
quite a number of things going on but unlike Unchained, it didn’t seem all too
much and loose. It was an enjoyable chain of events. Phew! There's so much to talk about this week. Brief recap: Cisco,
Harry and Barry journeyed to Earth 2 through the last opened portal in Star
Labs leaving Jay, Caitlin, Joe and Iris back to hold the fort. The breach collapsed sort of as they left which means they’ll be stranded in Earth 2 forever if
Jay doesn’t work to fix it ASAP. Earth 1 crew had to battle a villain without
Barry and Earth 2 crew’s plan didn’t go quite as planned to fins zoom and save
Jessie.

ARROW - Unchained
Episode synopsis:
The team faced a daunting tech-savvy adversary known as The Calculator. Back in
Nanda Parbat, Nyssa escapes and is on a mission. Arsenal, Roy Harper is back
to Star City
Arrow season 4 episode 12 was unchained alright because it
had a whole lot of things going on which almost seem like too much for one
episode tbh but that doesn’t quite mean it wasn’t a good episode because it was
great actually. I enjoyed it. So… in few bullets, here’s unchained:

THE FLASH – Fast Lane vibes
Woo-hoo! When I say ‘Earth 1!’, you say ‘Earth 2!’. ‘Earth
1!’ ‘Earth 2!’ ‘Earth 1!’ ‘Earth 2!’ I don’t even know why I’m getting all
super excited, we’re not getting that tour until next week’s episode of the Flash
titled “Welcome to Earth 2!”, I’m excited for it.
Back to this week, Fast Lane was a great episode. It wasn’t as
thrilling as last week’s episode for me but it was good. The villain this week,
Tar Pit (thanks to the cat who name the names, Cisco) was kind of not much of a
threat. He wasn’t that much of a headache to stop. This episode basically was about
togetherness, I personally title it “Stronger Bonds” (or maybe Family Ties,
jk).
